About Me

With over four decades of experience in the Real Estate Industry, Kimmy has learned the “ins and out’s” of the business to help guide her clients to homeownership. She has creative ways of thinking outside the box and extensive knowledge in mortgage lending, escrow/ closing, and title. If she doesn’t know the answer to a question, she will not stop until she finds a solution.

Kimmy is very passionate about Real Estate and has spent more than half her life dedicated to the business. As well as being a licensed Real Estate Agent, Kimmy has been licensed as A Limited Practice Officer, Certified Escrow Officer and Mortgage Originator. She understands that buying a home is life changing and will go above and beyond to make your homeownership dreams come true.

It’s the people that keep her motivated. She has excellent communication and customer service skills; she takes the time to listen to her client’s needs and builds client relationships unlike any other.

Kimmy is originally from San Diego, California and moved to Ohio in 2009. A Mother of five and a grandmother of six with one more on the way! When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She can strike up a conversation with almost anyone and will always give it to you straight. Kimmy enjoys the outdoors and boating on the Ohio River.
